2 bedroom setup is perfect for mult family members traveling together. Lots of space and 2 bathrooms makes it easy. Location close to Curtis Hixon park for food and wine fest.

Rooms nice and staff ALL wonderful. The front of the building was LOUD all night, that wasn’t ideal. Two blocks to the River Walk and around the block from good coffee and outdoor dining.

The front staff were super friendly, the place is clean and smells good. The halls are a little noisy but it’s a hotel. I recommend this place and will stay here again

Parking that was provided by the hotel was awful and overpriced at $25 per night

The pool could have been cleaner. It appeared to not have been vacuumed as there were many leaves congregated on the bottom.

My first night, the night club across the street kept me awake past 1am. I requested and received a new room the next morning. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Convenient to RiverWalk and the Tampa Rowing boathouse.

Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room service was horrible. The Room was not serviced as scheduled until we complained (other guests also complained about the lack service). Towels provided were not enough and there were no sheets in the room for the sofa sleeper. And one of the elevators was out of service.

The guest services rep was very friendly and welcoming. The room was ok, but needs updating. The toilet would not flush properly and actually overflowed a few times. I would have to say that the worst part was the noise. The A/C unit was extremely loud. The shower head was continuously dripping onto the faucet below causing an annoying sound that we couldn’t stop. The noise from the traffic was almost unbearable. Very loud cars racing down the street at all hours of the night, made it very difficult to sleep. I understand that the hotel staff cannot control the traffic, but if you are a light sleeper, this is something you need to be aware of before booking. We were only there for one night, so we didn’t complain, but will probably choose a different place next time.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The only downside was the uncomfortable sofa bed, which I don't think is suitable for sleeping. The parking was convenient as it was right in front of the building.

The parking was close and easy to access for an extra $25 a day .(What happened to free parking?) The free breakfast was plentiful and provided something for everyone. Our room was very nice but the bathroom needed updating. Overall, I would stay there again.

Every one I spoke to at the front counter was very pleasant, professional and helpful. You could tell that the rooms were a tired and about ready for a refresh, but the the room I was in was pretty clean so I really can't complain. Would I stay again? Yes.

I'd recommend this hotel for sure
I stayed 4 nights but had no housekeeping at all. I had to go to the front desk a couple of times to get clean towels and extra coffee. Other than that I have no complaints, nice breakfast every morning, good gym, good pool, polite staff. I'd come back again for sure and also recommend to family and friends.

The hotel rooms were filthy. The staff tried to move us to 3 different rooms and they were all said to have been cleaned by housekeeping but there were dirty tubs and crumbs of food all over the floors. The next morning a manager had to have a housekeeper go back in and clean what they repeatedly missed! Even the balcony curtains were filled with large dirty marks… it was just nasssssty! On the contrary the front desk staff was top tier, very kind & professional. I believe the management co for the hotel needs to consider big changes with the housekeeping team, asap if they desire to last in midtown Tampa!

An ok place to stay.
The ac blows directly at the bed, I was freezing every time it turned on. Also, room 310 has a very slow draining tub.

５泊しましたが、基本的に部屋の掃除は入りません。タオルはリクエストしないと変えてもらえません。ごみも自分で廊下に出すシステムのようです。また、近くにホールフーズのような食料品を買えるスーパーはないです。スタッフはフレンドリーで、リクエストすれば何でも対応してくれます。
