The staff of this hotel are great and progressional! Kristine at the front desk was so helpful and so kind. It was our first time in Toronto and she was such a delight to speak to. Also Daniel who was our bartender for the last night was absolutely wonderful. He crafted us some specials off the menu drinks after asking us a few questions regarding our preferences and the drinks were amazing.

The hotel is in a good location making it easy to walk about and getting to sight seeing locations. The lobby area is new looking clean & fresh. Unfortunately that is about all the positives overall I would not recommend to anyone I know to start there. Room is tired and not very well maintained. Wallpaper has marks on. Carpets are not very clean. I believed the carpets are hoovered daily but room service, but they need a deep clean as they are still not clean afterwards paint work on the doors are flaky. Plug socket hanging out of Fremont and previously glued back into place. Screws not fitted fully. The corridors are not hoovered. The lifts are dirty on the windows, the frames and again the carpets. Someone had put sugar cubes on the window seal of the left for all to see. They were there for 5 days until I mentioned it. Along our corridor one morning was someone’s room service breakfast tray. We notified it at 9am when we went out. We came back at 16:30 and it was still there. Breakfast was poor. As a gold member you was entitled to continental breakfast ONLY they made this clear by following you into the very small breakfast room area and in front of other guests repeating. ‘You are not allowed hot food’. The first morning when we found this out on arrival we thought we would see what the cooked breakfast was like before deciding on paying the extra. In our opinion it wasn’t worth it even though it wasn’t that much extra. So we opted to go out.

Staying at the Hilton Toronto Hotel was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, with a stunning view of the city. I loved the convenient location, perfect for exploring the city's attractions. Where do I begin! Our stay was, terrible, and we found BED BUGS. We always do bed checks when we stay in a hotel, and did so on the first night of our stay, however, on the second day we noticed a bug crawling across a sweater and immediately took action. We did some research and determined that it was in fact a bed bug. After calling the front desk to report our findings, we put it in an empty disposable water bottle and were told that we would not be reimbursed for the stay but rather moved to a different room until they can confirm that the room does in fact have bugs. The manager said that Orkin comes at night and I would be presented a full report in the morning. After almost two and some hours of a wait we were finally moved to a new room, so we did another bed check and found the shedding of a bed bug on the mattress. In addition to the second bug, the carpet had food all over and pieces of pink confetti, so it obviously was not clean (as promised that it would be). Again, calling the front desk they gave the same song and dance, but I told them that we did not have hours to wait for a new room as we did have an event to attend that evening and the time was coming close. They moved us up to the 27th floor, with rooms that practically look like a different hotel altogether, and we thankfully did not find anything. The next morning the manager called and said that Orkin did not find anything in either of the rooms, and when I inquired about the bug in the bottle that the

We stayed here for our Zach Bryan concert and it was AMAZING. The room was so clean, hotel was absolutely beautiful and a walking distance from where we needed to go. I’d definitely recommend if you have a concert coming up or just wanna stay the night. Staff are also so friendly and super helpful.
