We were in town for a concert, so just needed a one night stay. It was perfect. Within walking distance to Scotiabank arena, restaurants right up the street for dinner. The room was tiny (but it's a city hotel, so that was expected), but it was clean and quiet! My only issue was after checking in and handed our room keys, I inquired about parking. The check in attendent pointed and told me about the parking garage and if I got online, I could get a coupon to save a little. I couldn't find it on the app, and showed her my screen, but instead of taking a minute to help, she asked me to then wait while another lady wanted assistance with something that was obviously going to take longer (she was complaining about something). Feeling no option, I obliged. After a few minutes and realizing this wasn't going to be quick, and I was exhausted from driving 5 hours, I left to get my car and bags. I felt I was there first and being waited on, so why couldn't she finish with me, before going to this lady, and then making me wait (?) She was very pleasant and friendly, so I would stay here again in the future. The parking garage is around the corner, and while a short walk, it was cumbersome/confusing to get to especially carrying bags, having to go through a building to an elevator to access (it took us a bit to figure out!). The building and garage were both clean and safe, however.
