"Would come back here"
This is the hotel I stayed at for my first visit to Toronto and it was an amazing experience. Staff is super friendly and made sure we felt welcome. They answered all my questions and helped with everything to their fullest ability. House keeping does a great job of cleaning and fixing up basically everything. Beds, sofas and chairs are all so comfortable. I will definitely be coming here again.

"Close to shopping"
The lobby was unimpressive. The door man although a little disheveled was lovely and friendly. Staff at the front desk were helpful on arrival but we're not much interested in us once we were checked in. The hotel has a lot of potential but fell a little flat when it came to customer service. They just did enough but didn't go out of their way, except that door man, he was great!

"Awesome artsy hotel in the heart of arts district."
Hotel is part remodeled vintage hotel, part art gallery, part restaurant bar. Very cool interior design, oldest elevator in Toronto (operated by an elevator operator). A bit loud at night but earplugs are provided. Easy walk to Ossington and other fun stuff on Queen Street West. Close to waterfront park for running/walking in the morning. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place with some personality. Kind of like Ace Hotel, but a bit more creative.
