"Nice hotel - exactly what you would expect"
We arrived late and had an easy check in - we used the concierge a few times - they were extremely pleasant - although I thought they could be more help - more detailed oriented. All the staff was EXTREMELY friendly - exactly what you would expect from a Ritz property. We went to the pool and it was perfect, we didn't hit the spa, but it looked nice. Overall a nice experience.

"Convenient and close to all shops"
The room we had was spacious with living room and kitchen. The location is very close to the Roger stadium and close to all kind of shops. Love the idea that we can walk everywhere and not need to drive. The hotel staffs were very friendly. Feel like home once we were there. Love to come back and stay in this hotel again
