Very clean and very helpful staff. I would say that breakfast not being included was a downfall.

The lobby, bar and restaurant area were very nice. But the moment I stepped on the elevator to getting to my room, it was nauseating smell. When checking in, the two clerks were confused and not very nice. I didn’t feel welcome at all. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again, and probably won’t be staying at any double trees.

Limited room service. I requested a wine cork and I was informed that I had to bring the wine to the bar to be opened by the bartender. That type of service in a hotel was unexpected for a Hilton property, but not for a motel.

The staff were great. However the 1st night out room was clean, the second night they provided clean towels and made the bed. Tey forgot to vacumn, clean the toilet and tub. The room was in overall careless state.
