We were in town for a show at Cain's and could not have picked a better location. It's a super easy stroll to the venue with numerous dining options. Only wish we'd come a day early to hit some of the museums and other art district spots that weren't open on Sunday and Monday. Staff was friendly, room and common areas were clean. The lighting was a little dim in the bathroom, but super trivial goven the pros.

The staff was excellent! The hotel was great, but the beds were uncomfortable! They were very hard. I did not sleep well at all.

Great trip with some old friends in for birthday weekend staycation! It was freezing out but we walked across the street to Mexicali one night and Chowhouse the next. Breakfast was typical continental and very good. Love Tulsa Art district and would for sure recommend this hotel!

Excellent Front Desk Service
We were there for a concert on New Years Day. The front desk went above expectations to find places that were open during the day for meals etc. Very pleased with the service

Good affordable downtown location.
On a family trip and wanted to stay downtown to explore the area before heading on the next AM. We were very stratified with this location. Walking distance to many restaurants, the ballpark and other locations. Breakfast was usual breakfast fare. Only drawback was the charge for parking in their lot. Depending on arrival / departure might consider parking in the street where there are plenty of spaces.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the Arts District. So many great restaurants and attractions within a very short walking distance. Don't miss the Bob Dylan Center. Amazing and just a block away.

Amazing location, breakfast and everything. I went with my two sons for TobyMac concert BOK arena, we walked there no problem and back late night. Work out room amazing the next morning and breakfast too. Would stay again for sure.

Maybe I'm old fashioned and am used to outstanding service. We asked for a couple of items like pillows/blankets to be brought to our room and we're we're told to come and get it down at the desk. When I'm paying $175 a night for a hotel, i should not have to round up basic essentials myself

Ok but overpriced
This place was in a great location for the tulsa theatre, plenty of night life nearby. But for almost $200 i was disappointed. Bed and furniture were very firm and my wife and i didnt sleep well. The cabinet the tv was on had a panel that fell off. No trash bags in the trash cans. Bed was very close to the ac unit, very cumbersome to get by. Parking was $17 at the hotel. Cant believe that parking is not included at this price point. Breakfast was pretty good.
