We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the harbour in Vancouver. Very nice facility including a continental breakfast which was adequate. Close to harbour and Canada Place.

Came back from our concert at 11:30pm and was locked out for 20 minutes while the staff was tending to some other issue.

For an Auberge property, I could not have been more disappointed. Its not even a hotel. Its an office building with a front desk and that is it. No real lobby. There is no night staff. We were locked out of the hotel for 30 minutes after returning late at night. No one to let us in. No one answered the phone. Embarrassing. If you just need a place to crash, go for it. Otherwise it is not worth the time.

This is the worst hotel in Vancouver and one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. In addition to no place to put the vehicle in front of the hotel, and no good directions on parking, the hotel is subpar in every way. We returned to the hotel at 12:30 AM to find it locked. Our keys did not work; no one was there. We banged on the door and called the hotel to no avail. Finally, 30 minutes later, the person that should have been at the front desk walked by and saw us banging on the door. We were let in with barely an apology. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again and I would strongly consider whether to stay at an Auberge hotel again. I think the brand is significantly tarnished from what it once was.

Room was comfortable, pool was excellent, hotel was right next to Skytrain stop and only a block from the Cruise Ship terminal. Definitely a place to return to again and again.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The room was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was healthy and satisfying. All in all, a great experience staying here and I would do it again in the future.

Quiet, convenient hotel.

Stayed one night prior to taking a cruise. The hotel was conveniently situated close to the cruise port and downtown shops, restaurants. A British style pub, The Lions, located nearby, offered good reasonably priced food. We were pleased to find that we had been upgraded to a suite with a great view. The suite was large, clean, well furnished and had all the conveniences we required. We will most definitely return for future stays at this quiet hotel.
