Did not enjoy watching all the druggies do their thing outside my window (which was facing back of hospital) The area if you walk around is sketchy with all the druggies but with all the people out and about you feel somewhat safe …. Stay to the left instead of the right of hotel Very friendly staff is the best thing about the hotel! Loved having a suite, IGA 4 min walk for groceries

Expedia got me excellent rate. 30th floor was quiet and peaceful. View is great. Beside St Paul's so appointments are easy for out of town people. Friendly employees.

The hotel room was a good size with 2 double beds, a couch and a small kitchen. The room was older with some ware but still in decent condition. The beds were too firm. The kitchen had 2 pots but no pan. The hotel also has a small pool and a steam room in both that ladies and the mens change room.

It’s very close to the commodore ballroom, orpheum and other venues that I plan my Vancouver visits around. Great restaurant. I’m hoping they have the tomahawk steak my next visit?

This is an excellent place to stay downtown Vancouver and if you have medical appointments at St. Paul's Hospital next door. The staff are outstanding in their professionalism, amiability and overall willingness to get to know you even a bit, to make your stay more comfortable. This includes the cleaning staff we had on the 20th floor. The pool is dismal! Its dark, damp, dreary and nothing inviting about it. Slippery, too. And locker room is really poor. Main restaurant is specialty Italian and doesn't lend itself to travellers who just want everyday food . Amazing how many guests were bringing in take out or delivery food! Amazing. The attached coffee shop is really nice with a wide variety of baking and a few other things. Their daily soup is fabulous!!!

This will be my go to for Vancouver trips. The gym is fine for a trip, the pool is good, the steam room and locker rooms are great. The restaurant was some of the best food and drink I’ve had in a long time. The room was gorgeous. And everything was fairly priced.

Since my son was in hospital it was very convenient for me to go visit since hotel is few minutes from hospital the only negative was the mattresses were very hard especially my stay was for 5 nights but the kitchenette was very good

It’s a decent hotel. To help with eco-friendliness, they give you an option to opt-out of daily cleaning services and reward you with a $10 voucher for C|Prime or Beyond Coffee per night you’re there. The hotel felt a bit run down and older but again, it’s decent for the price. The service was okay as the front hotel staff and the C|Prime server felt like they didn’t want to be there and were rather short, or didn’t really spend time to explain some things to us when asked. Overall for the short bit we were there, it was fine for what we needed.

Great location. Unfortunately the room was far from clean, with other people's hair in our shower and bed. I was also charged twice for parking. Despite contacting the hotel twice they have not replied nor seem interested in refunding the money they overcharged me. These are enough reasons to not want to stay here again.

I went to Vancouver for 4 nights but based on the reviews for this property I only stayed here 1 night. Reception was great, room was lovely… it was hard getting out of those lovely robes. Comfy room with all amenities. I will stay again

The rooms were very out dated and looked nothing like the photos when I booked. The rooms were dirty, stains everywhere, hallways smelt like mold and I just didn’t feel sanitary at all. The morning staff was really good but the evening staff was rude to us because we brought a friend in our room and they questioned us. Overall I would never stay here again and you get what you pay for…

Wonderful hotel in a great location right downtown. Very walkable. Awesome café and restaurant. Had the breakfast at the C prime restaurant and it was wonderful. Quick service when requested from front desk to housekeeping. Very friendly staff. Close to good restaurants and shops. Short walk to the water. Would return!
