Family friendly, cheerful hotel. Nice little extras that you don't get anywhere else.

Busy hotel in the heart of the shopping district

Posted Jul 24, 2017
Very busy hotel. Had to wait to check in and didn't get a text to say room was ready. Another 45 minutes to get our luggage. Difficult to find entrance on left of a one-way street. Within walking distance of shops, great restaurants (including Yew in the hotel), the Art Gallery with the Monet exhibit. Room was fine, but nothing too special.

Wonderful!

Posted Jul 21, 2017
1st time in Vancouver and location was important. 4 Seasons was centrally located and across the street from the Downtown Skytrain stop. The trip took about 20min from the airport to downtown Vancouver and cost about $5.00 / person. Directions given to us by the 4 Seasons was impeccable and that level of attention to detail continued throughout our entire stay at the hotel. Although the hotel itself is older than some of the others in the area (ie Trump), the rooms are very comfortable and service was always top notch. Thank you 4 Seasons for such a wonderful stay!

Pros: Walkable to just about everything
Not the newest hotel in town, but staff is great, rooms were spacious and clean. Gym and pool a nice bonus.

Very good central location

Posted Jul 10, 2017
Pros: Convenience to major Vancouver areas.
Cons: Seperate coffee shop. Although the bar to restaurant was open it was quite noisy with guests finishing off their 'happy' evening. Step up to the bed
Location: Hop on hop off bus outside. Sky train opposite. Big shopping mall adjoined
The hotel is well situated for the Sky Train [airport] shopping mall and tour bus pick ups. A pity there isn't a coffee shop. Beds are very comfortable, but if you are my height [5ft 3in] or less they are way too high to get up and into. The concierge was excellent arranging a trip for us which she had never been ased for before. Day trip to Boeing in Seattle.

Just ok for a Four Seasons

Cons: Rooms
Killer location and staff(like amazing staff!!!). Rooms was very outdated and needs a bit more than a fresh coat of paint.

Close to the train station

Posted Jul 3, 2017
Easy access to the train station via the shopping concourse. Close to the waterfront center. Could have more staff to handle check ins as we were there over Canada Day and it was a zoo.

Best location

Staff are amazing and helpful, location is next to everything you could want, lobby is not as I wanted but the pool area made up for it. Hotel needs to do more with the great pool area.
