Dear Jessica, I see that you parked 1 vehicle already. It is standard policy to allow 1 car per room ONLY. We have very limited parking and it is first come first serve. We also have size and height restrictions, so we highly recommend for everyone to call hotel directly and find out IF their vehicle would actually fit here. We are unable to accomodate pick up trucks and anything above 6"0

Dear Sam, we understand that making same day reservation and failing to show up for your reservation and subsequently calling at 3am to cancel your booking that is non-cancellable, non-refundable will only result in your dissatisfaction. Perhaps making reservation when you are already at the hotel would be a better option since plans change all the time.
