Comfortable, good locationPosted Aug 24, 2017
Pros: Clean, good location. Free Wi-fi.
Cons: Larger parking spaces, make sure rooms are clean and ready at posted check-in time.
Location: Great location.
We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with kitchenette. The decor is a bit outdated, but the room was clean and comfortable. Location was nearby may local attractions and within walking distance of playground, shopping, and many restaurants. My only complaint is the parking situation. The parking spaces are limited and very narrow. We had a difficult time parking our minivan and opted to walk to most places to avoid reparking the car. The hotel is not fancy, but I would consider staying here again.

Really good for familiesPosted Jul 23, 2017
We needed a hotel to stay in for our family of six on either side of a cruise leaving from Port of Vancouver. It was centrally located and very spacious. Best of all was the staff, especially Khalid at the front desk, who was so gracious, accommodating and helpful -- especially appreciated since we had a young baby suffering from jet lag and a cold. The van driver was also very nice when we took the shuttle to Stanley Park. I'd definitely stay here again on a longer trip to Vancouver.

Housekeeping so soPosted Jul 15, 2017
Nice location. Big suites were a plus. But housekeeping was terrible. Simply changed towels, cleared trash and haphazardly made beds. Didn't even turn on dishwasher as they do in residence inn or home wood suites.

home away from homePosted Jul 12, 2017
Pros: We liked this hotel because it gave us an option to make our meals to reduce the cost of eating out.
Cons: Hot breakfast.
Location: Close to the seawall, Granville Island, to the beach to everything downtown if you do not mind walking.
It's our second time at the Landis and glad we chose it again. Close to all the shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The staff was great.

Great location in downtown Vancouver.Posted Jul 11, 2017
Great staff. Very willing to help and make things easy. Was a little loud early in the morning (after 8) because of some construction but really didn't bother us. Great sized rooms and comfortable beds.

Fine hotel, location, but datedPosted Jul 2, 2017
No real complaints. This is a good value in a city that doesn't have a lot of options when looking for a suite. A little dated but everything functioned well. Breakfast is cereal, bread, and danishes, no protein. Pool is inside the Residence Inn next door and is nice. Only down side was that there were no blackout curtains in the living room area so our kids woke up when the sun came up which is quite early in the summer.
