Dear Valued Guest, We thank you for your feed back and thank you for staying with us. We do sincerely apologize for the music over the weekend, we are in the entertainment district of Vancouver and on the weekend the hustles and bustles of downtown significantly increases. Please accept our apologies and we do hope you choose to stay with us again. Kind regards Kerrian

It’s ‘ok but definitely not worth the high price. Old building, painfully slow elevator, tiny room and staff who reek of pot (night and morning shift).

The hotel was next to a nightclub. They mentioned it would be a little noisy on Friday when we checked in on Thursday. We could only get a first floor room even though we had pre-booked and pre-paid 2 months prior. A little noisy was the understatement. We felt like we were at a heavy metal band concert and the beds bounced. It stayed open until 3:30 am. Knowing how noisy it was they should have insisted on moving us. After talking to several other guests, they had the same feeling. One gentleman could hear it on the 6th floor. Thursday night was fine. This is the second bad experience I've had with a Ramada Hotel. We were offered a free breakfast but a partial refund should have occurred.

Dear Deborah, Thank you very much for your feedback, we do take your input very seriously and use it to get better every day, we do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced in our hotel. Unfortunately being in the middle of the entertainment district does have its flaws, and even though we keep the noise disturbance as low as possible inside the hotel there is not much we can do about the noise coming from the street. Please accept our apologies and if there is anything else we can do for you please do not hesitate in contacting us. Kind Regards

Dirty beds, hair on beds, stain sheets, bad service, bathrooms doors that didn’t lock or close properly...overall only thing that was good was the location

Nice location, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Was very loud, but we knew that before we booked it. There is a nightclub downstairs that is open late. Bed was very comfortable and room was cozy (rather small but that was ok).

terrible view of a fire exit, paper thin walls could hear people next door playing guitar all night/morning, and the free wifi was actual garbage

Dear guests, We would like to take a moment and thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, our building is over 100 years old. Our managers and owners are doing their best to maintain the building and trying to deliver the best to our guests. If you happen to notice, we actually did a bit of decoration outside of our fire exit area. Only some of the rooms are effected by the club noise. If you kindly put a request to front desk, our team will always be there try our best to fulfill our guest's requests
