Family room was spacious and worked great for a family of four. A plenty of shopping and dining options available in walkable distance. Not easy to in and out and expensive, but on-site parking available. Friendly and well trained staffs!

Cleaner was parked outside my room for 5 days making a non-stop racket and slamming the door repeatedly. Window cleaners for 2 days and then they double charged me for one of the nights and claimed they couldn’t correct it at the front desk sending me off to a 1-800 number to dispute. Takes 15 minutes just to get through the automated garbage at the beginning. All really frustrating, not a great stay

The hotel itself was great, however I picked it because it showed amazing views from every room. I splurged specifically for this reason. We opened the first set of curtains and our view was an empty lot full of homeless people. The view from the other room was straight across from apartment the had decks full of junk.

An excellent hotel right in central Vancouver that was so easy to walk to public transit and attractions. The front desk did try to charge us an extra fee when we checked out so be diligent with your initial quote. Otherwise clean room, comfortable bed, and enjoyable pool!

A very nice Sheraton. Unfortunately there are two towers and if you end up in the less luxurious tower, you have very few amenities and have to walk a long way to get to the other tower which has restaurants, the pool, gym, etc.

I liked the amenities of the property of which is quite good for my business needs. Also the location of the hotel is quite stellar of which means I can walk to anywhere on wish list of tourist attractions.

The only complaint we had was the hospital was super close and had ambulances running in and out at all times of the day and night. After 10pm it wasn't as bad, but during the day it does become annoying. The breakfasts are incredible, and Gerry (wait staff) is super professional and attentive. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and provided extra towels and water the entire stay. There is a drug problem in Vancouver that you need to be aware of and while it's no fault of Sheraton you do need to keep an eye out for the meth heads and the smell of marijuana.

We stayed in the two bedroom suit on the 29th floor. The main room was facing the hospital, the master bedroom was facing the courtyard. The views from each area were beautiful! As for the noise, 2/9 nights were slightly disrupted by the ambulance sirens. Because of other reviews about the sirens, I slept with white noise and earplugs. It was no big deal. We requested a microwave and received it less than an hour later! Extra toiletries were brought up in less than 30mins from phone request. I would definitely recommend this place. They were very accommodating for our long stay.
