Nice hotel in down town Vancourer!

Good location , walking distance to everthings like grocery store, art gallery, shopping areas, entertainment district and even hospital.

Stayed in Vancouver for a Specialist appointment. The hotel was close to the area for my appointment.

Rooms were very nicely appointed and very clean

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was beautiful, especially liked the walk in shower
Cons: food quality
Room service left a lot to be desired, food not that great, requested condiments not delivered.

Disappointing

Pros: People generally kind. Great location
After putting my husband and I in a room with double beds, we requested a king bed and was given a low floor across from the hospital listening to sirens all night. The fan in the room was so loud that every time it turned on or off it woke us up.

The only thing that's great about this hotel is the location. Unhelpful staff, dated rooms. Average at best.
