Being charged for internet use was very annoying for this level of hotel. That together with no telephone book in the room was very inconvenient.

I am usually use a gold lounge with my friend. however, the lounge is not quite good than other fairmont hotel. for ex. vancouver airport fairmont hotel room service foods are tasty however, this fairmont hotel is not.... but room dining service staffs are very nice!

Great Hotel, expensive parking & WiFi not included

The room and service were great. The parking was extremely expensive compared to the room charge. Felt a little like a bait and switch. WiFi was not included with the room charge either. Really, extra charges for WiFi?

Very expensive poor experience

We were attending a wedding at the fairmont so thought we’d get a room for the night. Wedding venue was beautiful hotel stay less then pleasing. Arrived after check in time. Room wasn’t ready and apparently there were no other equivalent rooms available. They gave us what I’d say to be the oldest room in the hotel but said we would get drink vouchers and complimentary parking. Neither ever arrived. We went back down to the front desk and requested another room. Overall very disappointed in our stay. Best part was the recommended restaurant next door.

Hotel itself was nice

What they failed to tell me is that the WiFi wasn’t free and it was 62.00 dollars a night for parking! I will never stay there again. It was clean and in a prime location.

Central Downtown hotel

Pros: Good value, good location, great concierge
Cons: No issues
Location: Close to north shore marina, great restaurants nearby, easy shopping etc
8 day stay, very helpful concierge. excellent gym/pool Flexible staff and enjoyable 8 day stay Highly recommend without reservation

Great location for business

Pros: Room was quiet and good for working in.
Cons: Parts of the hotel are being renovated, which is good because some areas need it.
Location: Almost anything on Robson is great.
I stayed here to attend a conference at the convention centre. This Fairmont is in a great location and within walkable distance of many great restaurants for meals/meetings.

Nice hotel close to downtown.

Pros: Convenient to amenities.
Cons: Parking security.
Location: Accessible by foot to restaurants & shopping.
We have an ongoing issue with the security & parkade. Depending on how it is dealt with our recommendation may change.
