Comfortable, spa was very nice, concierge staff was great. No mirrors in room - only over sink in bathroom!

Great staff; wonderful ambience

Pros: Beautiful space inside and out. Staff is exceptional.
Love this hotel. Stayed and held a small event at the hotel. Everyone on the staff was absolutely wonderful- they deserve a 6 out of 5. Disappointed that the Bengal Room is still closed. The hotel absolutely needs another restaurant/bar option (what they have is good, but can be limited by menu and space).

Great Hotel

Great old prestigious Hotel. An experience for sure but you pay for this experience. I was not impressed with their charges for internet services $14 -$21 / day .
