Excellent hotel in great location

Modern feel in a very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Walking distance to many restaurants and activities.

Perfect - barring a flaw or two

Cons: Provide good quality toilet paper in the rooms.
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and courteous, however, not all were aware that although expedia lists that an in-room massage is available it actually is not. When I called in advance to book my in-room massage the person at the front desk said that the statement on the website was true but when I was transferred to the actual spa to make my booking they informed me that no such thing is true. Unfortunately, as pleasant as the spa employee was on the phone she went a bit too far in telling me that she didn't believe the in-room massage option was posted on the website - essentially calling me a liar when I told her that that was where I saw it. The spa services I tried were amazing! And being able to come and go from my room in just a robe and slippers was very convenient. As luxurious as the hotel attempts to appear it was VERY disappointing to discover they offer the thinnest, cheapest toilet paper I think I have ever experienced. Really?! I mean go all out on promoting comfort and luxurious indulgence, then skimp on one of the most basic and obvious areas of comfort. Additionally, it was very odd that I could not get a lighter or matches anywhere in the hotel and at the hour I was seeking it, all the shops in the Forks Market were closed. I had to give up or actually take a bus just to get to a convenience store.

Nice location

Hotel is in great location, walking distance to the forks. There is a spa, but no pool or hot tub. Room was clean and very chic but a little noisy, we could here the people next door very clearly at a normal talk volume. Restaurant was nice, service good and food delicious!

Loved it

Pros: Everything.
Cons: More caffeinated coffee in room.
Location: The Forks Market has plenty to see and do. Two Museums next door and very close to downtown Winnipeg.
Front desk staff was very accommodating. Room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the Museum of Human Rights. We enjoyed the Forks Market and the Spa. Just an overall really great destination for a romantic weekend get-a-way.

Very fine hotel in Winnipeg's tourist nexus.

Pros: New, clean, comfortable, good location.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, museums are all nearby.
Convenient location within walking distance of all attractions at The Forks and Frenchtown.

Bed bugs

Pros: It did appear clean.
Cons: I should have been reimbursed without having to waste anymore of my time. And, as good measure, management should have offered to pay for exterminatio
Travelling across the country I chose to stay at Inn At The Forks, August 2017. Low and behold we ended up with bed bugs!!! One can only imagine the ordeal we encountered to deal with them! Exterminating our truck, camping gear, clothing, etc.

Pros: Everything inside is completely new.
Location: Great location with nearby pathways, The Fork restaurants, museums.
Room with a very comfortable bed and a very large TV.
