“We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere. We contacted the host promptly about our concerns and requested a refund, but the request was……

“Check in was super easy. My only complaints are that the bedding was covered in fur (I have allergies) and the shower was nearly impossible to navigate comfortably. I liked the downstairs unit better when I stayed there.”

“The studio apartment was located on a private property in a quiet neighborhood. Although there was not a clothes closet, there was a coat rack with ample hooks for hanging clothes. The kitchen was full size, as well as the bathroom. It was very comfortable and felt very safe. The host even left a gift of a loaf of fresh sour dough bread from a local nearby business. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience for us, and we look forward to staying there again.”

“The apt is clean and comfortable and a bit eclectic. This is not a 5-star hotel, so don’t expect it to be. It is a century home with creaks and quirks, including upstair neighbor noise. Some furnishings have been replaced, so pictures no longer match current accommodations.I had 2 friends in from out of town to visit the CVNP and area attractions. The location and the price made this a great value to us. We are not fussy people and mismatched and quirky decor does not offend us. We slept one in……
