Five Stars in every way!
If you’re looking for a beautifully-maintained and managed eco-lodge in a remote location with an abundance of wildlife and great food then this is it! And the excursions were amazing too!

This was our second time coming to Aguila de Osa. My husband and I stayed here 21 years ago, and for Spring Break we just brought our teenage daughters with us for a return trip. Brad and his staff were wonderful! The location can’t be beat and the food is excellent! The entire staff is attentive and accommodating and they will arrange all of your excursions into Corcovado National Park, snorkeling to Cano Island, night walks with a naturalist, and more. We also took advantage of the kayaks that you can take up the river or to the beaches. Wonderful time!

Magical
We spent 4 lovely days at Aguila de Osa. All of the staff were exceedingly kind and assisted us with any request. We went on a long hike and were offered a packed picnic lunch that was incredible. The guides were also extremely knowledgable and personable. Meals were fresh, varied, delicious and beautifully presented. Guests were all adventurous spirits which made meal conversation interesting. Highly recommend for an off the beaten path experience!

We went here for our honeymoon and we loved it! They even created a floral basket when they found out we were there for our honeymoon. The food is fantastic! I would come back just for the welcome drink 😀 The room we stayed at didnt have air conditioning but that’s expected. They did include a fan which helped! Overall we loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Fabulous
This place is fantastic. Wonderful location and amenities. The food here is 5-star and the service is even better. I loved the grounds of the hotel. Just be aware there are a lot of steps to get to your room. A lot. Even still I will be back.

I recommend.
Incredible food, beautiful setting, attentive staff and overall great experience. Our only complaint was the comfort of the beds, too hard for us.

Beautiful home base for exploring the Osa
We went to the Osa for the wildlife and we were not disappointed. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful birds and the guided trips you take with Carlos will allow you to put names to what you see and allow you to see what you are missing that is plainly there, whether looking for birds or nightlife. Carlos is an excellent naturalist. After many years of guiding, he will be just as excited as you to see an anteater, a Toucan our a pair of squawking scarlet macaws. The guides provided; for the Cano snorkleing trip and the Corcavodo trip were also excellent.
