The response was that they send out information 1-2 days before the stay and an ealy checkin was unlikely. We received no information. "The property is fine. We have stayed at other units at Zermatt before, so it was very familiar. Having the two connected units for the extra beds was very helpful for us. What is the same: access to off-road trails, swimming pool, and nearby restaurants. We were able to park out truck and side by side trailer just outside the parking lot, which was very useful for us. It’s harder to find a place with a longer bathtub for an adult, but this place has one! What has changed: nearby restaurants...
