“I want to start off by saying the hosts were amazing and very responsive. We had an issue with the carpet and they had someone put in an hour. The house is amazing and spacious located in the mountains to enhance the experience with so many attractions located nearby. Although the house was amazing in many ways, there is so much room for improvements. “The property is fine. We have stayed at other units at Zermatt before, so it was very familiar. Having the two connected units for the extra beds was very helpful for us. What is the same: access to off-road trails, swimming pool, and nearby restaurants. We were able to park out truck and side by side trailer just outside the parking lot, which was very useful for us. “This was the absolute perfect spot for our ski getaway! Location is prime for multiple ski resorts, there are plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms, and lounging space, the hot tub was HUGE and a nice treat after skiing all day, and the host was communicative and went above and beyond in their hosting duties.
