Dear Geri,Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize that you found our property - Terrible. Your experience is not the standard we strive to uphold. I spoke to our Guest Services Manager regarding the issue. Nonetheless, in fairness, the charges were waived. We take pride in the cleanliness of our guest rooms and again, we are very sorry to learn of your experience and not meeting your standard.
There was limited amounts of “hot” breakfast available. Eggs, hash browns and meat were cold and there were small amounts in the trays.

Very clean.
Unable to open front door as both doors into the room had been kicked in multiple times, holes in the walls. In very rough shape.
A lot of foot traffic in and out of one room. Wasn’t bothered by anyone though.

It was lovely! Everyrhing requested was supplied, the room was emaculate. Esther was a sweetheart and made everything a breeze. We even showed up to CHOCOLATES in our room!! Wish we had more time there. (No picture is supplied as we were having too much fun 😊)

We stopped over to see family on our way to Jasper. I asked for a quiet room and sure got it. I can't give this the highest rating because the bed wasn't comfortable and the shower wasn't the greatest. That being said they had the best breakfast others in their chain lacked. Breakfast burrito, hard boiled egg, Danish water and juice. Also a granola bar. We didn't have enough pillows but they gave an extra one. Tea and coffee weren't kept in the room, but oddly enough asking for it seemed less wasteful given Covid. The desk folks were great. We didn't eat at the adjoining restaurant but they have a coupon if you want to try it.

We are sorry you were not comfortable with our bed and that you didn't like the shower. Since Covid 19 started, we took precautionary measures to do our part to flatten the curve of Covid.Guests room items are limited which includes tea,coffee,pillows,towels and the likes. Extra supplies are upon request since we take away all unused supplies/items once guest/s checked out. Thank you again Dawn for this review, we hope to see on your next visit in town.
Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean. Quiet location. Good service, decent breakfast, even with Covid-19 restrictions in place (breakfast in a bag including a breakfast burrito, danish, fruit cup, juice box, bottle of water, granola bar, and a hard boiled egg).

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas while I was working in the area, staff was excellent at helping us, even getting us a free Christmas Eve dinner. They took care of us well. Would recommend this place to anyone needing to stop in for a couple nights.

The beds and pillows are fantastic! I normally stay at much pricier places but would recommend this hotel for the very helpful staff and comfortable beds. River Rock Grill attached has a very friendly and helpful chef/owner. After a long day it’s great to get a tasty and plentiful meal that you can dine in or take to your room. Thanks to everyone for making this difficult trip easier by making me feel like I am at a home away from home.

View from the restaurant down into the valley was good-location for access in and out of town also good-rooms were very clean-beds excellent-slept like babies! Hot breakfast very good-made our own omeletes-well set up area-pleasant staff.

Quite nice property in Drayton Valley. The adjoining restaurant closes fairly early, otherwise it's very good. A good hot breakfast is included in the rate. Overall, pleased with the hotel.

Having previously lived in the Drayton Valley area, an oil service based community, I was not sure what to expect in the accommodation. I was pleased to discover that the room was clean and fresh, everything worked as it should...including the mini-fridge, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The desk service was friendly and prompt. I have no negatives to report. I already shared my experience with local friend. My only comment is that the wi-fi was a bit slower than I am used to. But Drayton Valley is a small rural town.
