The hotel was nice and clean and fine for the money. Most of the staff were very pleasant, smiley and helpful. The location is not great, but an hourly bus service goes into town.
Great hotel in good position for shopping trips or just walking around the young and vibrant town centre, the hotel has great staff that will help you with your stay and finding your way around the town
Overall a pleasing experience. The staff are friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The only only thing that would improve the experience is the WIFI. The normal wifi is terribly slow but even after paying for premium wifi the experience was not much better.
I lived this hotel until the last visit. While it is wonderful they allow dogs, the dig fee is now up to $15 per dog per night. This is more than Paris or Berlin! Also, breakfast buffet is up to $16.50 pp. They are pricing themselves out of the market for a non major city.
