Awesome gardens

Pros: Garden are amazing food
Cons: Annex rooms need updating with a/c, safe and fridge plus larger tv
Awesome gardens, really good restaurant, main Chateau building is impressive, but annex bedrooms are a little dated and lack a/c so would only rate these rooms 2*. Other wise I would rate hotel at 5*. Will visit there again.

Pros: We liked the staff we met and the hotel grounds
Cons: We would like to have had more flexibility with dog, but can understand the hotel's policy. For a restful break a Swimming pool, gym would be great.
Location: We stayed here too visit family in Worcester. A quiet location would certainly recommend and will visit again.
A nice hotel with extensive grass grounds, with a stream running through it. The main hotel has an impressive architecture, all of which looks great lit up in the evening. we stayed in the annex building as we took our labrador dog who is well behaved. We took the dog's bed and blankets there was a charge for the dog of £25 per night, which we thought was pretty hefty, as most hotels would charge £25 per stay to nothing at all. We had a steak sandwich and chicken burger on the outside terrace, as the dog was not allowed anywhere in the main hotel building. Breakfast was good with a wide choice, staff were friendly both in the breakfast area and the reception staff was helpful and cheerful.

Granted I didn't stay in the Chateau itself but rather the annexe, this hotel was a bit of a disappointment. My single room looked like it. Belonged in cheap chain hotel. The bed wasn't all that comfortable and the breakfast was subpar. I hope that guests that stay at the chateau proper are offered more than the buffet style breakfast. I didn't have a car and could walk back to my hotel after dark as there are NO lights on the chateau grounds. I did it once and never again. It was a pretty frightful experience.

Good value

Chateau Impney is situated at the top of a hill amidst acres of rolling Worcestershire countryside. My bedroom in the Annexe ("The Courtyard") was modern, comfortable and well appointed and so was the bathroom. I had the buffet breakfast which was delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. Recommended.

Good stay in Impney Court

Pros: We found the staff excellent - they were efficient during the meal and responded well when engaged in conversation by our at times "jolly" party!
Cons: We thought the Art Deco downstairs bar and Restaurant rooms a bit soulless - maybe a less white and clinical decor could be adopted.
Location: The hotel is very interesting in Victorian Gothic style - do look at the stairway and Ballroom. Grounds are good and Droitwich is near and historic.
We attended a 50th Wedding Anniversary meal on a Sunday lunchtime and stayed the night in a room in the annexe as we had our dog with us . The room was a standard modern one comparable to a Best Western or Premier Inn, having two comfortable chairs and desk , flat screen TV and hospitality tray. We had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely Hotel

Pros: Lovely and clean
Cons: Just what I have mentioned n the above.
Location: Location was fine went to a small pub down the road for our evening meal food was fantastic. Not much to do in the village very small.
My husband and I only stayed for one night it was lovely could not fault anything apart from being woken up the following morning by the decorators scraping the wallpaper of the wall right outside our door. The staff should of notified us that this was going to happen at 8.00am the next morning and there was nothing on the website to state that the hotel is having a make over would have been nice to have been told. Other wise we could not fault this hotel clean friendly and the grounds are fantastic. Would return to this hotel.

Pros: It is a wonderful outside.
Cons: Covered walkway from rooms to hotel.
Location: Location lovely, nearby ? well within 20 miles, plenty.
Had to move rooms. Not what we had booked and even then the heating was broken. Food only adequate, but Breakfast £13.95, Dinner £29, not on really. The two Yorkshire Terriers, in our room, were £50 for the two nights !!! Suppose you pay for Building which IS spectacular.

Historic hotel

Pros: The grand ballroom is impressive and the breakfast area is good. Location is very convenient.
Cons: Beds and curtains in annexe bedrooms.
Public rooms are good and the breakfast area is particularly light and bright. We did opt for one of the budget rooms in separate block as we were only there for a very brief overnight stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and the dressing table chair had not ben cleaned since the last user.

Great setting just the details

Pros: Location & price
Cons: Attention to detail
Great value just a few little niggles: Only enough milk for 1 cuppa. Towels tiny. Hot water so slow 20 minutes to fill the bath.
