Check in was simple and fast. Staff were friendly. Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbour showering and talking in regular tones. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was convenient, there's an automatic pancake machine, cereal, milk, apples. Coffee was horrific.

We needed an overnight stay and this fit the bill. We stayed there a few years ago and there has been some major improvements to the rooms, much newer and nicer. But although our room was non-smoking, they haven’t gotten rid of all the stale smoke smell. That said I would stay there again for the time frame and price.

I was satisfied with my stay! The room was clean and rested well. The staff was welcoming. Breakfast was adequate but there was no room to sit. Food had to be taken to the room. Of course, on warmer days you can sit on the benches outside. Will stay again in the same hotel.

Staff was fabulous. Rooms were clean. Had a room with 3 beds, it was so nice to not have to share a bed. My daughter forgot her one earbud, phoned and they went and found it. Luckily we were going back through on our way home from Calgary and stopped to pick it up. Would stay again

Furniture from the 90s and colour scheme may make the room seem dated but there are many renovated features: beds, pillows, bedding, the entire bathroom, large flat screen tv, fridge, microwave are all new. Rooms with a river view can be requested or rooms with direct access to vehicle out front. Breakfast in lobby--toast, cereal, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, and tea.

I dont usually leave reviews....but this was our first "never going to stay there again" moment. We are typically not fussy at all. But honestly all the prices in drumheller are so inflated! Even camping. My issues with this hotel were the following: so run down, needs a facelift and bad. Beds are very uncomfortable. The tv is so small. The carpets are worn and dirty. The shower hardly worked and bathroom looked dirty. The ac took forever to cool down. Our door got stuck everytime we tried to open or close it. Some workers are pleasant and some act like you are an inconvenience and the price felt so high. Positives: location. Breakfast was good. (No gluten free options though). One of the "cheaper" hotels in the area.

Nicer than expected based on first impressions. We had an upper floor room that was very large, with a queen and two singles behind a divider wall, perfect for a family with kids (not ideal for adults, one of the singles was a roll bed on the floor). The decor was very dated and the cleanliness/condition wasn’t ideal, but the sheets were clean and there was ample space. We saw into a double Queen room in passing, and the room was significantly smaller. Breakfast was a counter with 4 options (toast/pancakes/cereal/yogurt), drinks (no fresh fruit), and some packaged muffins/cookies/granola bars, but no seating, so bring the tray down from your room or eat at a picnic bench outside. Nice for a quick stay in Drumheller.

Attempted to check in at 2pm . I was turned away and told to come back later very abruptly and rude. I was surprised that not 1 of my 2 rooms were ready considering parking lot was completely empty We had a very cranky 1 year old . So we decided instead of waiting the hour to 2 hours for check in . We would just so the drive back home. I also made a call earlier in the day to confirm arrival and double check our crib request. No one returned call.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and a limited breakfast was included (although the tables were outside). The Motel itself is definitely showing its age - peeling paint, loose trim, wobbly railings, odd odor in our room, and the room was very small. This was a one night stop, and the price was low, so it was ok for us.
