“Upon arrival, my guests and I were told that our rooms were not ready. We waited in the lobby for about an hour. During that time, two men walked up to the front desk and were given rooms immediately. After noticing how quickly they received their rooms, we returned to the Front Desk Attendant to inquire about the status of our rooms. We were then informed that our rooms were ready. The attendant had been aware that we were sitting in the lobby waiting the entire time but failed to notify us……

“Overall, it is a nice property with a beautiful view. The room was mostly clean, meaning the bedding, floors, and bathroom were clean. There was some neglect in dusting the lamps and their shades, and the shades need to be replaced. Also, the room only had one lamp on the bedside table. The room was nice enough, but lacked decor; there were no curtains on the windows, and the overall aesthetic is a bit sterile, meaning that it lacked artwork and homey touches. However, the room does have new……
