"I got soaked cycling on the Kingfisher Trail and needed an urgent check-in to get dried and clothes changed. But the room wasn’t ready and I had to sit in wet clothes. However the staff provided us with coffees and tray bakes which helped a lot, the room was ready before we had finished and all ended ..."
