The hotel was very nice and newly updated, including the rooms. The beds were super comfy and it’s a plus they’re pet friendly! My only complaint would be that the bathroom counter wasn’t cleaned and the lack of a bar of hand soap

Basic accommodation for a traveler. First floor room had sliding door access to the room for east loading/unloading. I had an outdoor circuit to plug my electric vehicle in. Breakfast was included and had hot options. For a traveler going through thisn region, what more could you ask for.

Room itself is fine would just like to see it a bit fresher…my comforter had stains on it. Bedding just didn’t feel fresh. The room door had opening where light from hallway was entering our room. Never having been to Dryden before and, having to book a hotel close to the hospital, it was very convenient. The front desk staff were quite helpful in changing my reservation for another day. That being said. Shortly after getting into the room I went to put food in the fridge and noticed that it was cool but not cold. Not only that, but it was very sticky on the shelves. That’s fine, I can overlook that. I just wiped it out. I checked it again ,still not cold. I went to the front desk to report it and the nice lady told me to pull out the fridge and look for the dial and turn it till got cold. Ok I did that but the fridge never did get cold. You need to upgrade. A freezer would also be helpful for ice packs. Next without me knowing, my husband need to use the bathroom and found the toilet seat soiled with you know what. Again he cleaned it. This is why I rated your hotel as not clean. I had a lot to deal with so complaining about it at the time was not a priority. Positives: breakfast menu is great. Patio doors convenient for loading and unloading the car. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Thank you for your time.

Room was disgusting: comforter was stained, dirty drips from meal or drink on night table from previous guest, shower curtain stained, dust mite on floor. I did take pictures of all of this. For 270$ a night absolutely terrible and recommend to go elsewhere. Unfortunately booked a week in a advance and there were no spots elsewhere. Disappointed in all of this, as a business you should invest in what you’re providing individuals that must stay away from their homes or for other reasons.

Check in was easy, front desk staff was friendly. We checked into a room that smelled of stale smoke and it was so dirty I honestly doubt housekeeping did more than re-make the bed. The toilet also was making a really loud noise like a malfunctioning pump maybe, the entire time we were in the room (maybe 5 minutes) I let them know that the room was dirty, and the toilet was making noise and they gave me a new room. The new room was almost as dirty as the first one. The floor looks slightly cleaner, but the beds were gross, looked like they were done but when I pulled down the blanket the sheets were filthy. Dirt and visible debris and hair under the blanket on the sheets. I went to the front desk and let them know, there didn’t seem to be much they could do so I left. The staff was polite throughout these exchanges. All in all I was there less than 20 minutes, in 2 different rooms, both shockingly dirty, but the building had been remodelled so if it was clean it would have been an ok stay! I will definitely not be back.

The hotel was not very clean and the employee that checked us in did not know how to set up the keys for the room. The room had looked like there was a dog on the bed and there was hair all around.

The staff was super nice, the rooms clean and didn't have any odors. I'm super sensitive so was very pleased. Also the temperature of the room was perfect.
