“Not a good experience at all! So many problems from start to finish.
The room key failed to work on three separate occasions meaning we had to ask reception for a new room key card 3 times! This wasn’t a one off problem… so many families had the same problem as us.
On our first evening at the hotel we went down to reception to request another pillow and was told the hotel didn’t have a singular spare pillow.
Both the soap dispensers in the toilet and shower were empty for the duration of our……
