“This is by far our favorite hotel to book before an early flight in Albany. The staff is great. The property (including the room) is always spotless. The fitness center is perfect for a quick workout. We won’t stay anywhere else. ”

“Stayed here for 4 nights during Christmas week. Room and halls were clean and quiet. There was a snowstorm one overnight (7") but the parking lot was plowed repeatedly and my car (a small SUV) was not stuck in its parking spot. Front desk personnel were personable and friendly. I only had breakfast one morning and it was the standard hotel fare at this $ range: very basic but kept clean. As I have family in the area, I will definitely book again. ”

“From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable. ”

“這是一間平價的連鎖飯店， 一開始我兒子女兒的浴缸堵塞住了， 櫃檯馬上換了一間新的房間給我們， 服務算很好， 但搞定小孩後，換我自己房間的鑰匙打不開， 重新做了二次的磁卡鑰匙， 還是無法開啟門鎖， 櫃檯人員不相信，又跟著我回房，在門口搞了很久， 最後終於打開了！ 至於隔天的早餐， 有土司、貝果、瑪芬、果醬， 飲料就果汁跟咖啡， 簡單到不行的早餐， 但相對它的住宿價格也不高， 只是順路的簡單過夜休息， 算是還不錯的了！”
