Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Location and the different amenities offered.
Cons: Maybe include a spa/salon
Location: Mall located inside the hotel, several restaurants within the hotel/mall as well.
Beautiful hotel, customer service is great. Hotel is inside a mall, which was a plus for me. Several name brand shops, many different restaurants to eat at.

Bad internet, slow elevators

This hotel has nice large rooms and its very clean. The staff is great but the internet does not work in the rooms and drops often. There are only 2 elevators per building and you share them with the staff. I waited 7 minutes for the elevator one time. If you're staying here for a couple days it's fine but avoid long term. Parking is valet only and it can be very slow during peak hours. Overall would not recommend for long term stay, there better hotels near by for the money.

Excellent facility and staffs

Pros: Large room and good facilities.
Cons: Power outlet on the desk are requred for computer and other facilities. (Only availabe under the desk and occupied for others )
Location: location is very good, close to shopping mole and metro station.
Booked normal room but they kindly up-grade because of the room type was not available. Staff are kindly arranged for me the good room in consideration of my request. Room are very large and confortable.

SUPERB HOTEL, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES

Cons: what more could I ask for? nothing. everything is awesome
Location: next to Burjuman Mall (with elevator access), near to a lot of restaurants. Taxi is easy to get. Near the Metro
I enjoyed my 4 day-stay at this Superb Hotel. Everything is clean. Buffet Breakfast is great. Excellent customer service.My WIFI was free. I'm so happy and satisfied of my stay. Cleanliness is A+++++ with special mention to their housekeeping staff RODEL. He kept my room so clean everyday, the living room, Kitchen, Bedroom, bathroom, name it. . Everything is SPICK-AND-SPAN.Thank you RODEL, i will definitely stay in this hotel again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Wir hatten eine Deluxe Suite und war sehr geräumig leider wird nicht so gründlich geputzt (staubig). Besonders Balkon voll Taubendreck. WLAN nur gratis in Lobby und Restaurant. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hotelli OK ja aamupala riittävä. Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Metropysäkki hotellin vieressä OK ja sijainti hyvä mikäli tarkoitus liikkua Bur Dubain tai vanhan Dubain alueella. Taksin saa helposti lennosta Bur Jumain Mallin edestä. Internet oli maksullinen huoneeseen mutta toimi ilmaiseksi Lobbyssä ja aamiaisravintolassa hyvin. Lobby melko kalsea. Uima-altaalle paistaa aurinko vain aamulla.

No fault with the hotel except the hotel is a dry zone for alcohol purchasing. So make sure you pick some duty free. Great location. Close the metro, massive supermarket and lots of food options around the hotel.

Leuk hotel, dichtbij Burjuman shoppingcentre!!!!

Pros: Ligging, personeel, balkon, snelheid van het personeel om iets te regelen. En het bed hahahaha.
Cons: technische dienst en houskeeping mogen beter communiceren. Kraan was los van de meubel, als houskeeping schoonmaakt zien ze dat. Dus geef je dat door
Location: Mooie locatie, via 3 etage ben je eigenlijk in de shoppingmall Burjuman. Genoeg winkeltjes buiten de mall. En eetgelegenheid. En de metro nabij .
Zeer goed hotel, zeer behulpzaam met het verzorgen van excursies enz. Ze bellen daadwerkelijk zelf voor je om te boeken. Zo hoefde ik niet zelf te bellen, om de kosten te drukken 😜. Personeel ook heel vriendelijk, kwamen zelf langs om te vragen of alles naar wens was. Dus niet als we zelf langsliepen bij de balie, maar gewoon een belletje of bij de kamer zelf. Dus heel vriendelijk. Ontbijt was ook uitgebreid, continental maar ook local gerechten aanwezig. Zeker lekker. Metro verbindingen zeer goed te doen, als je van een beetje lopen houd is dit zeker aan te raden. En goedkoper dan een taxi. Al met al een geslaagde hotel en vakantie.
