Nice hotel closed to shopping malls.

My booking was room only and I tried to have breakfast but it was expensive as the prices without changing since the hotel opening?

The hotel is very nice and clean. However, the staff is very strict if you have some guest specially after midnight. I don't recommend this hotel if you willing to have guests....

Nice hotel

I stayed there for a getaway weekend. It was nice, clean, with a good location. If the price is right, I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Nice view of downtown Dubai

Pros: Friendly housekeepers.
Cons: Ensure guests don't smoke in a non-smoking room.
Location: We had a corner room with a view of the Khalifa. Metro station is in front of the hotel. Good location.
We asked for a non-smoking room. We were allocated one but the previous occupants smoked in the room and the cigarette smell stayed in the room throughout our stay. If you can't stand cigarette smell, make sure you ask to change room.

The only comment is the entrance of the hotel and lobby is crowded due to the night scenery in the hotel which could be disturbing to access hotel properly

Great central location in ever expanding Dubai!

Cons: Have a main pool area open in the evenings so guests can enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi and pool.
From the moment I checked in till my departure, the service 100% true Fairmont style! The gold level service was exactly as expected. Many restaurants to choose from.
