To much traffic around the hotel

It's near for shopping like emirate mall about 5 min in car and Dubai mall 10 to 15 in car

Great hotel & staff

Location: Metro close by, Mall of Emirates close by, restaurants close by, Dubai mall & downtown Dubai easy access, Jumeirah Beach close by, Wild Wadi Waterpark
Location is perfect. Staff was amazing; friendly....great service.

Very nice at very affordable rate

Pros: Very nice staff and very helpful. Great rooms. Very affordable.
Cons: The shower facility in the bathroom. Not bad at all, but could be more convenient.
Location: Mall of the Emirates is just nearby.
It was August and I guess the average price level at this time of the year is not too high in Dubai. Anyway I found I got a lot for what I paid. It starts with very attentive and pleasant service from valet parking to lobby reception. Got a free upgrade to Executive Suite because I asked for a room in a higher floor, and as they had availability they just did that. The Suite was really awesome. Since I smoke I found it very convenient that I was able to close off the bedroom from the living room, so no smell in the bedroom, but smoking while I was working. The hotel is in good condition, particularly the lobby and hallways are in perfect condition. The bathroom was nice and clean, while I have seen some that are more fancy than this one, but perfectly good. Another good point was that the Lebanese restaurant in the ground floor has a very reasonable price level and is quite good too. Service was great. I asked the Concierge where I can buy a recharge voucher for my mobile phone. Someone went out to a shop and bought one for me within five minutes. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel but way too smoky in common areas.

The hotel was amazing, from room size to cleanliness to customer service and apartment features. We loved everthing about the hotel, except for one thing. Due to the layout of the hotel, we were forced to walk through an incredibly smoky lobby and hallway to the elevators every time we left the apartment. As non-smokers, it was incredibly uncomfortable and definitely not ideal for children. The bar only has half-walls, so the smoke is throughout all the common areas. As you can imagine, at night it is awful. We would love to frequent this hotel-apartment, but unfortunately we won't stay again due to the overwhelming smoke you are forced to endure every time you enter/leave the hotel. Truly a shame.

Awsome hotel !!

Great staff !! They considered my situation and they were flexible in the check out!! Room is very comfortable and deluxe!! Location is pretty good !! My whole stay was awsome !! When i m back to dubai i will stay in this hotel again! I recommend for everyone!!

Great and comfortable hotel, quiet and relaxing . The only comment that I have that staff cleaning windows should be careful as the rope kept banging on my window early and I woke up

Not quite prepared for modern needs.

Pros: Good restaurants, large rooms.
Cons: See above.
Location: Nothing much, as there are few nearby attractions and the area is fairly isolated.
I was upgraded to a studio, which I thought was a plus. Instead, I was disappointed by several features or lack thereof: no spare outlets to charge my devices, no mini bar, the electrical kettle's plug, continental European, was incompatible with the outlets, British, no bath robes, tiny soaps in the bathroom etc. It seemed that the amenities were designed without a thought to the needs of a modern traveler.
