Very nice hotel stuff very lovely and helpful

I like to stay in this hotel is feel like I am at my home, the Hotel Menagerie Mr Issam very active always at the front desk helping the Guest, He knows how to absorb the anger of guests

convenient location

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: carpet needs changing and housekeeping should replenish toiletries when cleaning the room
Location: location near Al rigga station. convenient supermarket just behind the hotel. restaurant within walking distance. 10 minutes walk to shopping mall.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. location very near to train station.

Good Hotel with great staff

Pros: From check in to check out everything was very professional.The staff were very courteous polite and very efficient. The welcome soft drink was nice.
Location: Good location about a 7minute walk to the metro with a 24 hour supermarket close by.
A hotel that provides great service and made us feel welcome and our stay enjoyable.Staff are very efficient, friendly and polite.In summary we felt at HOME away From HOME.

Good hotel good price

Cons: Only one turkish channel on tv
This is my second time at this hotel. I hope to go again. Very good and kind staff. However my stay started with little problem at reception. I booked twin bed room. The recepsionist (his name is Salim) said me they have not room twin bed only king bed. He blame me wrong booking. I was sure about what i booked and i insist about check and check again. Finally he accept nothing wrong with booking and offered me add a second bed to the room. Next day my room changed. But i didnt like that he directly blamed me. They created problem and they solved. Take your expedia booking paper with you eğen you checking in.

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff.

Pros: Very competitive currency exchange at the reception desk. Avoid exchanging at your outgoing airport or exchanges as rates won't be as good.
Cons: Food variety (buffet breakfast), but quality and quantity were top notch. Also, minibar and room service menu is quite high (as is expected)
Location: 5 minutes from the main metro link on Al Rigga Rd. Metro link is the ideal way to traverse the city.
Room - clean and comfortable. Nice little touches. Food - was good. Limited variety but plentiful and tasty. Staff - very helpful. Very welcoming and caring. Particular among the staff that made a great impression to us were Ade, Sayeed and Anand.

Lovely hotel!

Pros: My favourite part was the roof top pool. The pool was clean and there was an abundance of chairs so there was always space.
Cons: I had no problems with the hotel.
Location: J5 is very close to a metro station which is about 15-20 mins to Dubai Mall and the Burj. The metro also goes to the beach.
I stayed at J5 for 7 nights and was extremely happy with my stay. I booked a twin room which was larger than I expected. The beds were comfortable and both the bathroom and bedroom were clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was really useful to have. We ordered room service a couple of times and all times we got out food quickly. All the staff were nice and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The pool was clean, nice and relaxing. I never used the gym but it looked good and I did see gym classes. J5 was in a great location close to a metro station and there are plenty of shops and places to eat around Al Riqqa. I would definitely recommend J5 and would go back myself!

Good Clean Hotel/Apartment

Pros: Good location, good facility and lovely friendly staff, specially Victoria in the dining room. Rooms were clean and the bed confortable. Pool also clean, but would have liked clear walls so you could see the view rather then the walls where nothing can be seen, as the pool was on the roof top.
Cons: Nothing really......only thing I can think off, was not near a metro station, and this is not there fault.
Location: Good location, 10mins from airport. They have a free shuttle which takes you to two shopping centre. Also close to Dubai creek.

Perfect Short stay

Pros: Rooms are well configured and quite comfortable, clean and well maintained. good location, good sound proofing, good internet access
Cons: waiting area improvement is the only comment I have
Location: Train, stores, grocery store, coffee Shops, Restaurants, etc... are all within walking distance.
This was my first stay in this hotel and I had a very nice experience and stay and price was reasonable. Room was comfortable and clean and well sound proofed, and quite comfortable bed. Breakfast had good choices both for vegetarian and normal breakfast. Internet was fast and good bandwidth, was able to do my work without any problem Staff are very friendly and accommodating taking their customer Service job very seriously. It looks like the Management understands that a happy customer is a repeat customer and that happy customers will recommend their hotel to their coworkers and friends. Unfortunately I did not have the time so was not able to use their other facilities for me to comment on those things, but I am sure they should be more than satisfactory. My only complaint is there is not much room at the reception area as waiting area where you can wait for pickup or till the Taxi arrives or quickly meeting with a friend, etc... I am sure if they get a good designer that issue can be solved very easily.

Great stay

Location: There's a supermarket nearby as well as various eateries so won't be an issue. The rooms have a small kitchen to allow cooking so this is all handy
Just came back from staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly & English speaking. Rooms are kept clean & good location of local shops.
