I'm not as angry with the hotel as I am with guests who gave this place a decent rating. People, don't you realize someone's holiday depends on this. Shame on you.
Where do I start, the entire stay was ruined. Upon entering the valet driver was not there. Once there no one took our luggage. Upon checkin I asked how can get a new neighborhood privilege card as I lost mine I was ignored.
We got to our room and asked for a Crib for our baby son, 4 hours later is didn't arrive.
We went down to the pool, and the person handing out the towels ignored us when we asked him for directions to the pool. Got to the pool, waited for a waiter no one came. Went to the pool bar and there was no one there. Half an hour later the barman showed up. We asked for beer and they only had fosters. Asked for juice then didn't have fresh orange juice. Asked for ice cream and we were shown a bucket with 6 different ice creams and told this is all we have. It's like I was on candid camera.
We went for lunch, and the tables were filthy. Sat down and asked for a menu. The menus were OLD, torn, and had food stains on them. Atleast wipe your menu. Sat down and were told the cheese and tomato sandwich can not be made without the tomato. Asked for Pizza and a quarter of it came burned and inedible.
Went down to pool the next day, pool was closed as they were washing the floor around it and water was dumping into the pool. disgusting. asked for a fork was refused one. Its a mess

I am saddened to know that you felt let down by our unique location. JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort has been known to be Dubai’s Only True Resort where in relaxation and tranquility is just a step away. Also, as we understand every guests needs, we do provide complimentary shuttle bus service going to Dubai’s famous shopping malls and down town which is only 25 minutes away.
I was also surprised with your comments about the zoo as we don’t advertise having a zoo, neither rides in our resort, apart from horse and camel riding.
Furthermore, I tried to investigate all the other points which you highlighted on your feedback and unfortunately it came to a dead end, as none of the described factors seems to be part of our well known service. As I sincerely would like to understand further the aspects that caused your dissatisfaction.
Once again, thank you for your time sharing this review and my apologies for any inconvenience caused. I look forward to hearing from you and perhaps have the opportunity to welcome you again and turn your experience around.
