Amazing hotel and beautiful gardens.

Pros: Most important thing I would say is the lovely staff. They are a credit to themselves and the hotel. Very high standard of service.
Cons: Maybe a shuttle bus purely for drop offs and pick ups from the Atlantis as it adds quite a long time to the journey.
Location: Situated about 30 minutes from central Dubai. Peaceful location very relaxing, easy access to any of the tourist attractions in the area. Taxis always
Beautiful hotel set amongst luscious gardens and right on the beach. Staff are fabulous, very attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Food is marvelous in all restaurants. Happy hour in three of the bars every evening. Various package options to suit your needs. Shuttle bus to Dubai and the Malls throughout the day.

stay at Janel Ali Beach Hotel

Pros: Friendly staff and a variety of activities.
Cons: Updating , and more competitive pricing of beverages.
Location: A little out the way as every taxi to town cost us Drms 140.
A very pleasant stay . Staff are very accommodating and friendly. However The hotel facilities are a little dated and would benefit from some modernisation. Also the cost of alcoholic beverages are a bit over the top. Other than that every thing else was excellent. Would visit again.

Beautiful hotel. Everything you need and more!

Cons: Nothing.
Location: Complimentary bus service to all major attractions. Taxis were inexpensive too if you needed your own timing. Very reliable services.
We stayed here for a week for our anniversary and were not disappointed! The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need and more. The facilities are fabulous and you cannot fault the amazing staff. The service we received was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure we were looked after right from the check in until we reached the airport for departure. The complimentary transport to the Dubai Mall is brilliant taking a weight off our mind for getting to the amazing sites. We also found an extra bonus of a complimentary shuttle bus to the golf event that was on at Emirates golf club whilst we were there. We were spoilt on our anniversary with a card and cake delivered to our room. Even though they got it confused and the cake read 'happy birthday' you just couldn't get angry at that! What a fantastic week making wonderful memories that could not have been done without the assistance of every staff member we came across in the hotel complex! Just fabulous! We will be returning!

Kick back time after Dubai central!

Pros: The setting, the staff, the choices available - everything
Cons: More info on booking the restaurants early!
Location: Not a lot to do unless you like golf, shooting, swimming, horse riding relaxing by the pool/beach?
Perfect antidote to the hurly-burly [and building noises] of Dubai. Quiet, peaceful and so relaxing.

Disgusting

Location: Nothing, middle of the desert. The supposedly childrens play area was closed. THe animal zoo had no rides as claimed, and there was some goats there
I'm not as angry with the hotel as I am with guests who gave this place a decent rating. People, don't you realize someone's holiday depends on this. Shame on you. Where do I start, the entire stay was ruined. Upon entering the valet driver was not there. Once there no one took our luggage. Upon checkin I asked how can get a new neighborhood privilege card as I lost mine I was ignored. We got to our room and asked for a Crib for our baby son, 4 hours later is didn't arrive. We went down to the pool, and the person handing out the towels ignored us when we asked him for directions to the pool. Got to the pool, waited for a waiter no one came. Went to the pool bar and there was no one there. Half an hour later the barman showed up. We asked for beer and they only had fosters. Asked for juice then didn't have fresh orange juice. Asked for ice cream and we were shown a bucket with 6 different ice creams and told this is all we have. It's like I was on candid camera. We went for lunch, and the tables were filthy. Sat down and asked for a menu. The menus were OLD, torn, and had food stains on them. Atleast wipe your menu. Sat down and were told the cheese and tomato sandwich can not be made without the tomato. Asked for Pizza and a quarter of it came burned and inedible. Went down to pool the next day, pool was closed as they were washing the floor around it and water was dumping into the pool. disgusting. asked for a fork was refused one. Its a mess

Also, as we understand every guests needs, we do provide complimentary shuttle bus service going to Dubai’s famous shopping malls and down town which is only 25 minutes away. I was also surprised with your comments about the zoo as we don’t advertise having a zoo, neither rides in our resort, apart from horse and camel riding. Furthermore, I tried to investigate all the other points which you highlighted on your feedback and unfortunately it came to a dead end, as none of the described factors seems to be part of our well known service. As I sincerely would like to understand further the aspects that caused your dissatisfaction. Once again, thank you for your time sharing this review and my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Fabulous hotel but you must book all inclusive.

Pros: Absolutely everything
First class hotel location 40 mins from the centre of Dubai but for me that is why I booked it. The hotel provide enough courtesy transport for you to see the city centre and other attractions which are a must to see and do. The staff were amongst the most friendly people I have ever dealt with. Lovely comfy room, immaculate bathroom. The food was superb. The pools brilliant. Could not find any fault whatsoever. I will definately return.

Great Staff but make sure you're all-inclusive

Very family orientated hotel, great staff with lots of things to do. They do lack evening entertainment for the kids but lots to do during the day. Really had a good time but I did mess up the booking and ended up with room only..(I blame Expedia for this not the hotel) which ended with me spending a small fortune and more than most people had spent all inclusive. All and all great holiday and would go back
