Comfortable Hotel with a nice Restaurants

I enjoyed my stay at JW with exception of their WiFi. If they want to lure customers they should drop charging for WiFi 60 Dirham or 100 dirham for faster speed. I rate the internet connectivity to poor and backward.

Pros: The service and food as well as the rooms.
Cons: Internet. Connection needs improvement
Really enjoyed my stay and staff had excellent service always wiling to help you in whatever way they can.

nice hotel close to everything

Pros: everything was like a hotel should be no problems what so ever
Cons: no need to improve anything
Location: hotel is ten minutes from airport, close to all the shopping malls and no problems getting a taxi,
hotel was excellent great entertainment food was tremendous so many bars and restaurant's to choose from.

Four stars and not five star as advertised. Rooms are smelly and old. Needs renovation.

I staid with my family and We felt home everything were clean and everyone was friendly and helpful from check in to checkout

Great BusinessHotel with everything under one roof

Cons: International newspapers should be provided "International New York Times", Financial Times and Wall Street Journal are indispensable for the business
The JW in Deira is a great business hotel with much to offer in one location. From Champions Sports Bar (Sheila is fantastic behind the counter) to delicious Seafood at Bamboo and mouth watering Steak...JW has it all. I was particularly impressed with Vivienne the supervisor at the front desk. She was pleasant and courteous in finding my Rewards Number and confirming that I am a Silver member. A few things need urgent attention. The carpet at the main entrance...which is the first thing you see when you alight from your vehicle is dirty and can do with a thorough shampoo wash and vacuum. Ditto for the carpet in the revolving doors. It cant be to expensive to simply scrub the carpet! Second thing is I was quiet shocked that the JW does not carry the International New York Times and/or the Financial Times...not even in the Executive Lounge! The Concierge told me that these newspapers are only provided when a guest makes a special request and the guest must pay for them. That is a big NO NO...business travelers expect these flag ship newspapers to be immediately available at their rooms and if not then at least in the Executive Lounge.

Very nice hotel close to everything

Pros: The entertainment in the hotel was very good with all the different bars
Cons: Nothing everything was good
Location: Location was good ten minutes to airport
