Upon checking in reception staff were very nice and helpful, even upgrading me to a suite which was a nice surprise. It was too bad that it was a smoking room (as all of their suites are) and still smelled a bit, but I stayed as it was a huge room. It wasn't until later I noticed that I could hear the elevators moving all day and night since my room was directly next to them. Room service also failed as they had forgotten something from my order and I had to call one hour later as he had forgotten to bring it up again as promised. I think the worst part of the stay was that when I complained during check out, they didn't even acknowledge they did anything wrong. Really disappointing as the hotel has great potential ... ummh, maybe I shouldn't have taken the upgrade?
