Nice Hotel

Very good but we need to call many time to complete the room stuff

Close to the Marina.

Hotel clean. Basic but good value for area. WiFi hard to access in room. Limited reception. Spoke to reception on two occasions. No joy.

Good location

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. We enjoyed it. The staff were helpful and always available to help. We found the apartment to be very comfortable. The restaurant was expensive so we eat all meals out.

Did not have a Hotel Feel

Hi, just did not feel like a hotel. Low class service. No management at all. Staff seemed no motivation and no staff spirit. Disappointed.

Very good location

The hotel was close to the beach walking distance in a very good location. Everything ease close to it. The room was ok try can invest on renovation and better house keeping. Other than that we had a great time.

One long day

We arrive had shuttle waiting...next day had and 11 hr Alpha tour and had shuttle picking us up at 10 pm for 2am flight.

close to beach

close to beach, metro, restaurants, supermarket. Pool was small but heated. nice view of the local area from the bar on level 35.

We will be coming back to the Ramada Plaza

Hotel was in a perfect location - across the road from Dubai Marina Mall which boasts 7kms of pedestrian walkways bustling with shops and restaurants. A lovely place to stroll about in the evening - very family friendly. The Hotel itself is clean, modern, with above average room sizes. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is within walking distance to the tram and the Metro so most anyplace in Dubai is accessible from here. The room offered access to the Executive lounge which was a real bonus - a quiet location on 17th floor offering daily treats and happy hour refreshments. Compliments to Charlene who looked after us very well there. It is well worth going for that option. Two minor downsides - the bathroom showed signs of age and the bath was difficult to get in/out off. A make over required here which could address shower access also. Lastly - elevator access was a slight problem. The hotel was full and at busy times you could find yourself in a bit of a struggle to get aboard any elevator.

Room dirty , hair and carpet not done, loud music next door didn't sleep first night, was upgraded to a 2 bedroom that was dirty as well it seem that no one checks the room after housekeeping.
