Staff needs to be better trained
Posted Feb 9, 2017
Hotel facilities, comfort and cleanliness are overall satisfactory but staff lacks professionalism and managers need to be more experienced and effcient. Once, after I requested an omelete, the cook tried to recycle the one another customer left. Another time, while many customers were still eating breakfast in the restaurant, they started moving furniture and carpets, which of course generated a lot of unpleasant dust. I referred that to a manager who just said sorry but they needed to go on to prepare the room for early lunch, which was totally unacceptable.
