Dear Guest,Thank you for your candid comments which we respectfully disagree. You had made a non-refundable booking for 2-nights. When you arrived at the Hotel and upon your request, you were shown 2 rooms. You left the Hotel without any communication or any intimation that you will not be returning. The hotel kept the room as per your booking for 2 nights and we turned away other room bookings due to a sold-out situation. We had also thoroughly checked the 2 rooms and could not find any anomaly or smell of any kind. The Hotel has a 24-hour Reception, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Duty Manager who resolve every guest issue immediately. Unfortunately, nothing was communicated or reported when you had visited the Hotel. As your booking was on non-refundable basis, we regret we will not be able to offer any refund to the Online Travel Agent. At the Savoy Park, we take every genuine criticism as a challenge to improve but regret in this case, we disagree with your comments as we could not find any valid issues raised by you.With sincerity in service, Faroukh Sunny.
