Hotel worth to stay at
Not first time at The H, Excellent location, Amazing lobby, helpful staff price are good compared to the hotel level class. Rooms are big and clean. Bed mattress needs to be replaced because it’s not comfortable and not acceptable compared to hotel level. On my second day the room was already cleaned. And i was taking afternoon nap and one of the housekeeping comes inside the room asking if want my room to be cleaned!!

Very friendly staff and appreciate upgrade to 25th floor with nice view. Gym was a bit disappointing, small and several equipments were out of order. One day I came back around 5pm and found out the housekeeping was still cleaning my room.

Incredible
Very nice room, with a great view, sofa by the window, a desk, beautiful built-in cabinets, really nice shower with a view as well. Staff was flawless, and even helped with the nightmare of Covid testing regulations, sending a testing medic to the room.

The worst five star hotel ever
The stay sucked, this is the worst hotel ever been to. From the cleanliness to the room conditions, it was a disaster. Everything, from A-Z in this hotel needs adjustment. The photos posted are no way near yo the actual room. Its a 10-15 times exaggeration in reality.

The location of the hotel is great. I didn’t like the Cleanness of the room , the was some insects coming out of the minibar. The concierge service was not available. The front desk staff were not fully aware of the regulations and restrictions of COVID-19
