This hotel located 5 minutes away from the ‘Union’ metro station by walk. Also, big shopping mall is connected with the hotel. The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hotel and I will stay again when I go back to Dubai.

The location was perfect. Grocery was 5 minutes away, so many eating options within walking distance. Taxis were readily available. There is an option to use hotel limousine for very reasonable rates. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Centrally located to all tourist attractions. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Dubai...

Money hungry hotel
My family have been booking this hotel for a few years but we’re never going to use them again!! Made a special request to the hotel management after finding out my uncle has passed away so we were unable to stay. However the hotel was more interested in their profits rather than their customers interests. So we lost out on a huge amount and no money was returned! Avoid them at all costs.

We stayed at swissotel living . It was a beautiful apartment. Loved everything about our stay a family of four. I would like to thank all the staff for the friendliness and and being helpful. From the valet staff, Patrick at reception was amazing and our cleaner Jay-ar was fabulous. All staff were really good. The hotel and apartment building are part of one complex! Loved tje layout. Has a shopping mall beneath it and lots of places to eat and shop outside. It was only a short 5 minute walk to the Union Metro. The breakfast staff were amazing too! Well done to all of Khalids team. I have recommended this spacious apartment and hotel to other family members and should I return will be staying here again. Mr Umarji

I think the hotel has a lot of potential. The rooms are very spacious but the furniture and amenities in the room are far to outdated. They have carpet that is so dirty your feet with collect a layer of filth within a few minutes. The tvs are small when compared to room size and pretty ancient. I would say to push the rating here by 2 level would just be some deep cleaning by either replacing or removing carpets l. For the price point the rest Is very bearable. Also maybe replace the covers on the sofas.

The hotel / apartment is my preffered stay in Dubai.. clean and classy with a modest price. Downside is taxi availability. If you stay and have an appointment or a plane to catch, leave your room at least 45 minutes beforehand to get a cab.

Pool is great. The Room was super clean and spacious. Fridge was of a decent size. Shower head in the bathroom not the best as it is low pressure. Needs changing. Other than that fabulous stay. Best thing is hotel is connected to mall.
