It was a great welcome with all smile from receptionist and she was right their location is very accessible for everything during stay, metro is very near, shopping you can do it is just our neighbor only. Cheap perfume and branded clothes available in one shop only. I don’t know if their entrance door if they fixed already ☺️

Fastest guest turnover hotel. Poor maintenance.
4 nights stay ended up with severe bed bug bites and needing dermatologist treatment after checking out. their lame excuse that hotel rooms are inspected by DCTM (Dubai Commerce & Tourism Board) is not accepted. Good shower, but the glass was broken and is dangerous in the case of any slip & fall inside the bath tub. Upon nearly checking out, they offered another room for a few extra hours before my flight. Will I go there again? No. Will I recommend this to anyone? Never. Probably fastest tourist turn over hotel just adjacent the mall premises; very convenient; just 50 metres or so from the Metro station. Nice housekeeping staff, but ultimately some things are not in their control.

Near the metro is the highlight. I would skip the breakfast and dining from the hotel and have it from the Cafes in the Burjman mall near by.

Amazing stay!!!
The people in the reception were amazing, I forgot my coach wallet with all valuable ID’s and currencies inside. I just realized only after an hour planning to go to nearby restaurant. Small room but comfortable to stay 🤗 this hotel can access all places very near to Metro Station red line and green line

Best location for using Metro, just 2-3 minutes walk from Burjuman Metro Station. Taxis & buses are also available easily because this hotel is located on a main road.

it was a pleasant stay,the location is very good ,next to a major mall and very near the metro inter change.The only downside was their bathroom,had bad smell when not in use.the cleaners tried their best and did a good job but to no avail

City seasons hotel made my stay in Dubai a home away from home. From staff courtesy to the cleanliness of the rooms and breakfast buffet, they are simply exceptional. I'm an extremely busy mother and professional and usually do not have time for reviews. But this review is worth every minute spent.

Fantastic experience, Culture and Greatness....
The people at the reception speaks good english and communication is easy.. They speak multi language, french, english, mandarin, filipino, hindi, arabic,..Room is clean, nice and of good standard quality. Housekeeping team is excellent and food at the restaurants is diverse and well planned to taste different nationalities, plats and cuisine. Easy check-in and late check-out facilities..The hotel is connected to the Burjuman mall and great location for shopping and walking around. Area is safe and everything is in the vicinity within walking distance to R adda restaurant and walking distance to the Saki club with great music...Very accessible to metro station, other city places like Deira, Gold Sook, Dubai frame, all around Dubai via metro. Also reliable tour service at the hotel including in room PCR test for a reasonable price. Big thanks to Fekry, Siddhik, Ali Mohammad, Jawad... all nice people, trustworthy...

At the start we were really unhappy because we arrived at 6:00Am and our room was ready 11:30am which was very disappointing even though we emailed the hotel earlier about our check in time. The staff were extremely friendly specially in the resturant.

Best stay in Duba and best hospitality !
I am so happy to stay at this hotel close to airport by taxi and right beside great shopping mall and near metro. My stay was made most memorable thanks to entire team and I’m very thankful for the suite upgrade to Mr Z.. Duty Manager. The best and most comfortable stay with truly amazing bathroom and space! I have to return here very soon and I love the hospitality in Dubai even if it was my first stay at hotel I feel very familiar and welcome thank you so much to everybody !

The location is very strategic being close to metro station and connected to mall. Customer service is ok too. The cleanliness however is very disappointing. There are stains all over, tub, pillow cases, bed runner and bed cover. We even found bed bug. I mean cleanliness is equally if not more important as customer service.
