The hotel staff were friendly and very attentive , rooms were spacious and luxurious . The pool area was lovely but parts were under construction . Only lacks an outdoor evening bar area as the outside pool bar closes at 7pm . Metro station is walkable to get to other tourist attractions . We really enjoyed our stay 6-12 March 2023. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is very good and nicely maintained. I called them a couple of times before the check-in date and requested an early check-in and early check-out as per the flight schedule. They promised to accommodate my early check-in request. However, they charged me a fee on my arrival for an early check in and this was not mentioned when they talked to me prior to my arrival. For the last day I was in the hotel for only a couple of hours and checked out way earlier. My conversation with customer service was for a trade-off between early check-in and early check-out but they did not stick to the promise. Otherwise, it was overall a good experience. I have always been a customer of Hyatt hotels and have never had any issues before anywhere else.

Just got back to the UK from a wonderful 10 day stay in this fantastic hotel. Everything you need in terms of cafes, restaurants, spa, gym , pools in one place. The hotel is immaculate, staff are fantastic and deliver a great experience. Hotel room was spacious with great views. Highly recommend
