Hi, This property is amazing. The staff are awesome, my room was fabulous... Food was amazing. Maria and Viola in particular in the exec lounge were just so great. I loved my stay here... Everything about this hotel screams 5 star.Even the pool area is just great. I loved me stay here. But but but... I booked this property over many others as there was supposed to be free access to a water park and also with my gold status on Expedia and the fact there is VIP access I would get a free upgrade on my room (Which I knew the upgrade was available).. which brings up my two issues: 1: The water park is out of action,, I called on the Friday to go on the Saturday and was told its under renovation. So I had to pay to go to Atlantis.. not good. 2, An upgrade was available on the room, but I had to pay for it as I was told it was busy and they do not give free upgrades when it's busy .. Even though I told them I was a gold VIP Expedia member, the upgrade cost me more than it would have been to pay for it originally.. So that is not ok. Annoyed about that as when checking in I knew the upgraded room was available and I should have got it for free. But I would book this hotel again no problem. Just do not expect what is advertised on Expedia. I did use these extras as the deciding factor for my choice over other hotels in the area.. Its a pity but I would go back here again.

This property is amazing and convenient to a lot of surrounding areas via the metro station. Room views are spectacular. Restaurants on property are good. The pool and hot tub was excellent for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic, true 5 star hotel with a genuinely warm and attentive staff!! The public areas were upscale and had an air of sophistication. The room assigned was immaculately clean, spacious, had all the modern amenities with an incredible view of Dubai’s financial district! The property is connected to the Museum of the Future via an enclosed, climate controlled walkway. There’s a publicly accessible open air plaza connected to the hotel through a small office/shopping complex that affords spectacular views of the Museum of the Future and all the fantastic scenery in the surrounding neighborhood. Had dinner at the French restaurant on the first floor called La Cantine du Faubourg. Food quality was mediocre for the price but the staff were very warm and kind. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely consider staying here on future visits to Dubai. Thank you Jumeirah Emirates for the fantastic and memorable stay.

I used to stay at this hotel many years ago but stopped for some time. I regret going back as a lot of things went wrong in the 2 days we stayed here. * They gave us the wrong room and then gave us the same room on a higher floor but closer to the club above making sleep difficult until 3 am. * My undershirt disappeared * House Keeping would take the used robes and shower caps and not replace them. * The plug for the coffee did not work. * The remote control had to be replaced. * Complained through Expedia but no one called to apologized or try to do something until we checked out. Only positives - the bed is comfortable and the shower is strong.
