This is a relatively low cost establishment in a very high price city. The building is a bit old and jaded, however it is clean and comfortable and everything worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, about 100 metres from the bus stop and about 400 metres from a Metro station. The river taxis are about a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of food vendors close by and a supermarket about 10 minutes walk. I thought it was good value for money.
