Our view was great from our hotel room on the 23rd floor. We were within walking distance to Dubai Mall & other interesting amenities.

Bathroom has mold (i took pictures), sometimes they forget to change towel. This hotel is a 3 stars hotel not a 4. 1 day some1 open my room @5:59am, i report it to a staff but no one got back to me

The property is not clean and the staff is horrible . They moved us to a small rooms but our booking was of large rooms with 2 twin beds . They changed it after we argued with them

Do. Not. Stay. Here. I reserved through Expedia a one-bedroom suite. When I arrived at the hotel, the front-desk manager tried to tell me he was giving me an upgrade to a “sky suite” because they had sold out of the one-bedroom suites and then agreed to comp the breakfast for my three-night stay. The room was not an upgrade. It was smaller, had no hot water, the phone was not plugged into the wall, you could here the highway noise in the room, and the tile in the shower had mold. I stayed there the one night, explaining that the next morning the hotel had to figure out how to assign me to the room which I had actually booked. When I finally got the room I had booked the next day an hour later than then told me it was going to be ready, it was okay, but the couches were stained, the furniture banged up. This hotel does not/not live up to any standard that a guest would accept.

It was my worst experience in life time. I have never thought a hotel very close to burj khalifa with such horrible service and dirty all over the place such as the floors looked like never cleaned in months, in room the carpet, curtains, pillows, washroom very dirty. The sink water was always hot. The outside window very dusty couldn’t see properly. It was my honeymoon and it was very special days of my life but this place disappointed me to max i would never recommend this place to anyone unless they react accordingly and keep it neat and clean all the time. I even took some photos way different than what they should in expedia pictures that’s it.
