Terrible Service with Worst ever check-in
when i arrived at hotel for checked-in, Staff refused to honor the booking made via Hotels.com. After long discussion both rooms, but both rooms were in bad condition specially bathrooms were not in good conditions, rust every where, badly repaired, Front desk staff specially a gentleman was really rude, never had so bad experience. I will not recommend this hotel, though price was high too.

Rude staff, dirty, old. 2 stars at best I say.
An old hotel that doesn’t have character or vibe. Like 2 star hotel at best. Staff had ego that I don’t know where they got it from. Many much better options are available in Dubai in my opinion

The hotel is okay for its price point but the rooms, and especially bathrooms, are a bit outdated. However, the staff and employees at this hotel and its restaurants were outstanding during my stay, especially Mr. Ronelo and Aileen of the Volga Coffee Shop. I also had a good time at the Red Square night club, which has a fun atmosphere.

I would say this is one of the best hotel in this area. It's close to Airport and you can find transportation anytime around the hotel. Besides the hotel there are bounch of other restaurants and hookah lounges to visit. And about The rooms its super clean, also this place has healthy and clean food. If you are staying in this hotel don't forget to try breakfast you won't regret it. I would definitely visit again and again.

Nothing worked in this hotel, I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone, cold shower and no heating system in this hotel, there best way to help was offering me an extra blanket and to warm up the water, had to open the heater of the sink, toilet and the shower for 10 minutes to get warm water that still will freeze your Ass while talking a shower. I do not recommend this hotel specially in winter and demand a full refund.

This is the worst hotel to stay for a non smoking person looking for a peaceful night sleep. The moment I entered the hotel iit was full of cigarette smoke. Hard to breathe because of the smoke filled from the night club at lobby. Check in takes long as there is big rush from the clubbers trying to check in with their partners. They get priority chedkin. Once you reach the room. It's hard to sleep due to loud music from club. The worst is that you now got up and getting ready for your trip and there is no towels in the room. You frantically call for towel but nothing comes for 10 minutes and end up shower using the floor towel. It's just my 6 hours spend at the hotel. It's not a hotel but br***el. Would never recommend.

Dirty, Arabs everywhere, and noise from 6 PM
I did choose the red room but I got the green one, and when I asked about changing it, room service guy told me this is better as the ground floor club makes a lot of noise. First day I found the room dirty like they didn’t make it up after the last guest, and when I asked about that he said I can’t now, maybe tonight. Bar is full of arabs playing their own music and making really a lot of noise, so I asked the manager to lower the volume and he said they are a regular guest. Wifi is barely working. Hotel is full of arabs and hookers making a lot of noise and moves on you like you live in the streets!! The worst hotel in my life, I have stayed in some 2-star hotels better than this one.
