Horrendous and disgusting. It had cockroaches, exposed wires, leaking ceiling, rotten old furniture, dusty curtains and many other horrible things. I had to book into another hotel. I definitely would not recommend it for anyone

This is an old aparthotel building in Deira, the centre of "old Dubai". The rooms need new furnishings and renovation and the building is riddled with cockroaches. Many the clients appeared to be "party girls" and their male friends. The staff are friendly are helpful and do their best with what they have to work with. Don´t expect much here and you won´t be disappointed.

Very bad experience
This property is waste of time & money. It’s in a very bad condition, tool cold in rooms, no proper appliances, no cutlery, kitchen & bathrooms are dirty, nothing works in the room. Internet does not work. Too many hookers in and around this property. It is not meant for decent families. They charge local taxes at the rate of four star level.

Property is conveniently located in the Deira Business District. However, despite the 'No Smoking' signs everywhere, people are always smoking everywhere and anywhere at any time which makes the place very smoky and smelly. The property is also poorly maintained, cannot provide 2 electronic keys for the rooms and response to issues is very poor

Don't get fooled with website photos. Rooms are stinky, dirty, even non smoking rooms smells cigarates and cigar smoke. Broken furnitures, overall terrible.

For 4 adults and one kids they give 4 towels, they didn’t put towels in after room cleaning and every day we need to call reception and wait for hours to bring. After one big fight they accept to give the fifth toll for kid. Room key for all big 2 bedroom apartment was just one. We were two family and if one goes out without the other one and come back they couldn’t get in room. They are maximum 2 star for really low class situation
