Terrible hotel

It was horrible. Avoid at all cost. Terrible service, terrible room.

Poorly managed hotel with inadequate staff.

Hotel is located at 10min walk from Bur Juman metro station and in peaceful area. Front desk service is average, may be due to over work load. Out of my 4 nights stay, EVERY DAY , I had to visit front desk to reactivate my room key (magnetic card).Instead of replacing key-cards /locking system, you will hear baseless reasons for such failures. Management seems poor to manage this hotel. Because of location and low rate, it could attract a few people. I will NOT stay in this hotel in future.
